A year of growing care in the community.
Across Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland and New South Wales, Clarity Health Care has spent the past year extending compassionate, connected mental health support to more people β and closer to home β than ever before.
More people supported, more moments that mattered.
This year our teams welcomed more people through our doors and onto our telehealth screens. Behind every number is a person taking a step toward recovery.
Working toward 100,000 people recovering in the community by 2030.
Every clinic we open, every partnership we form and every new program we launch is a step toward this shared goal. Our model offers an alternative to hospital-based care β connected, compassionate and built around recovery β so more people can get well, and stay well, close to home.
*Our vision focuses on supporting 100,000 people on their recovery journey by 2030. Progress is estimated from the number of people supported through care delivered since 2013.
