Referral Process

Please call or email us anytime. We are always happy to hear from you and offer advice to assist you in your recovery.

Referrals are welcome from clients (self-refer), family members or any health practitioners involved in treatment. It is always worth giving us a call for a confidential discussion to ascertain how we can help and which clinician(s) will be most suitable for you. 

We aim to keep our high quality mental health treatment as accessible as possible but we do charge a gap for sessions under the Better Access to Mental Health and Enhanced Primary Care Medicare items (outside of our agreements with health funds and other arrangements for hospital substitution programs). We are always open to looking at different funding streams (including NDIS) and will try to be creative in our funding solutions.

Clarity Health Care has a Hicaps/Eftpos system which allows you to:

  • Claim on Medicare directly after your appointment following full payment of your consult. You can pay on credit card, but the rebate must go into a savings or cheque account

  • Claim through your private health fund. Please be aware that the gap will change depending on your coverage

  • Pay out-of-pocket fees on Eftpos
