Provisional Psychologist, Fitzroy
I strive to bring a warm, authentic and collaborative approach to mental health care, aiming to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. I work alongside clients to explore what is happening for them and to build clarity around their goals, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion, and play-informed practice with younger clients.
I bring curiosity, creativity, and a reflective mindset to my work, taking time to understand each person’s context and to tailor interventions that feel supportive and meaningful. I value open feedback and transparent communication, and I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and empowering. My practice is inclusive, trauma-aware, and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in the belief that clients thrive when they feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their own care.
