Adrienn is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-approved supervisor based in Melbourne. She has a particular interest in using evidence-based interventions for treating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, perfectionism, and trauma-related psychological symptoms.

 Adrienn has completed advanced training in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) and is an Accredited EMDR Practitioner. She has extensive experience using this modality in inpatient and community settings.

In addition to EMDR, Adrienn is also trained in schema therapy, ego state interventions, compassion-focused therapy, and various body-oriented (somatic) psychotherapies. She has an integrative approach, and she aims to help individuals improve their self-awareness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation capacity and overcome anxiety and trauma symptoms safely and effectively.
