Dr. Cassie Roberts is an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist working with adolescents and adults. Her therapeutic approach is highly personalised, with thoughtful and evidence-based methods to meet the specific needs of each person she works with. Cassie believes that therapy is a pathway to self-discovery, self-improvement, and growth.

Through reflective conversations, Cassie helps her clients gain clarity and view their challenges from different perspectives. Over the past decade, Cassie has collaborated with clients on a variety of goals, including overcoming Trauma, Anxiety, Relationship Difficulties and OCD. Some of the methods employed include Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and specialised trauma-focused therapies.
