Charlotte is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with over 10 years experience working in adult mental health.

Charlotte has experience working in both the Public and Private sectors, in hospitals, secure hospitals, prisons and the community, across Australia, NZ and the UK.

Charlotte has a warm, compassionate and person-centered approach with a strong focus on building meaningful therapeutic relationships wither her clients. She is passionate about supporting people to optimize their quality of life in times of change or disruption and enjoys supporting people to make meaningful choices about their life and recovery, by encouraging self-advocacy and creating an environment of hope.

She is able to carry out a diverse range of evidence based psychological and occupational therapy assessments and treatments to encourage independent function, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Sensory Modulation, Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and Schema therapy.
