The STAIR group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to support individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly interpersonal or childhood trauma. It focuses on strengthening emotion regulation and interpersonal skills that may have been disrupted by those experiences. We aim for participants to recognise and shift unhelpful patterns, build emotional insight, and improve relationships. It’s especially helpful for individuals navigating post-traumatic stress symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or relational difficulties.
