Whether you are looking for support during a challenging time or wish to gain a deeper understanding of self-defeating interpersonal or coping patterns, she will provide you with a space to reflect and learn about yourself. Jessica is down to earth and likes to use humour in therapy while maintaining a space that is empathetic and non-judgemental. She is passionate about empowering her clients, helping them build resilience, supporting their values and strengths, and working on goal achievement.
Jessica primarily draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Schema Therapy (ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
