Julie a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Julie has experience working in both the Public and Private sectors, within the Hospital setting, as well as in the Community. Julie believes in a Person-Centred collaborative approach to wellbeing, focusing on building rapport with honesty, integrity, empathy, patience and respect.

Julie has also worked as a Registered Nurse for the past 30 years, and has a vast array of health and wellbeing experience. Julie uses a number of diverse therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Self-Compassion and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
