I am a warm and down-to-earth registered psychologist with a strong ability to build therapeutic relationships. I work with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds. I support clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, trauma, disordered eating, body image concerns, relationship issues, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism. I also specialise in providing mental health support for young people.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and culturally sensitive. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to suit each client’s unique goals and needs.
“I am passionate about fostering self-understanding, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth in those I work with.”
