Catherine 'Cathy' is a highly experienced psychologist with over 20 years of expertise across clinical, forensic, and community mental health settings. She works with individuals, couples, and families, supporting them through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
Catherine adopts a client-centred, tailored approach, integrating solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, schema therapy, and strength-based interventions. Her focus is on empowering clients to better understand their symptoms, explore subconscious triggers, and foster lasting, meaningful change.
With extensive experience supporting First Nations communities, refugees, defence personnel, and correctional populations, Catherine brings a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity.
Committed to lifelong learning, Catherine is currently undertaking a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and participates in two in-house education programs annually to further enhance her skills and stay at the forefront of best practices.
She is registered with Medicare, WorkSafe, DVA, and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and remains dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality psychological care to the community.
