Bianca uses their warmth and deep interest in a person’s story to accentuate her therapeutic intervention. Providing space for people to better understand themselves and live a meaningful life, she tailors her approach to meet each person’s needs. Bianca draws on a range of evidence-based psychological approaches including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to support an individual's recovery. 

Bianca has worked in community mental health, the public school system and youth mental health settings providing both crisis intervention and ongoing therapy to diverse groups of people. They have experience working with adolescents and adults affected by a range of human challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, stress and trauma. 

Bianca understands that systemic oppression has a significant impact on a person’s wellbeing and works from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented framework. She works to be inclusive and culturally aware in her practice and is committed to understanding the social, cultural and environmental contributors to an individual’s suffering.
