Neami National  

Clarity Health Care has partnered with Neami National, who support 34,000 people nationwide each year, to achieve wellbeing and mental health outcomes that matter to them. As part of this partnership, we will provide comprehensive mental health support to Neami guests accessing Latrobe Mental Health and Wellbeing Local, as well as the Whittlesea Mental Health and Wellbeing Local.

Carer Gateway x Wellways 

Clarity Health Care supports Wellways Australia in the delivery of Carer Gateway services in Queensland. Carer Gateway is a national support service funded by the Australian Government, connecting carers to free supports and services.

Stride Medicare Mental Health Partnership 

Clarity Health Care has partnered with Stride, who lead the delivery of Launceston, Parramatta and Western NSW Medicare Mental Health Centres. As part of this arrangement, Stride and Clarity collaborate to provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary care for Medicare Mental Health Centre consumers experiencing complex mental illness.

Medicare Mental Health Check-In Service

Clarity Health Care is partnering with St Vincent’s Health Australia in the delivery of the Medicare Mental Health Check-In Service. This is Australia’s new free digital mental health support initiative, designed to make early support easier to access for people experiencing stress, low mood, sleep difficulties or mild mental health challenges.

Medicare Mental Health Check-In provides evidence-based resources, guided digital support and practical strategies to build confidence in managing wellbeing. The service is free for Australians aged 16 and over and does not require a referral or diagnosis.

Our partnership with St Vincent’s reflects Clarity’s commitment to early intervention and accessible mental health care, expanding support beyond traditional settings into digital and community pathways.
