Psychologist

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self to therapy.

I believe therapy works best when we work together. Rather than telling you what to do, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, make sense of it together, and decide on an approach that feels right for you. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring these to your individual needs.

Curiosity, warmth, and compassion are at the heart of how I work. I’m committed to providing trauma-aware, culturally responsive and affirming therapy for all genders, sexualities, abilities and neurotypes. I also welcome feedback throughout the therapy process. Checking in about how you’re finding our work together, what’s helping, and what isn’t, allows us to adapt therapy so it stays focused on what matters most to you.

I value curiosity, empathy, and warmth. Feedback is also an important part of my work – creating an honest dialogue with clients about their experience of therapy, as well as about their personal preferences, ensures that our work together continues to focus on what is meaningful to them.
