I will listen without judgement, validate your experience and demonstrate genuine interest and concern as we seek to find solutions.

Telehealth care Psychologist

I’ve spent nearly 20 years working in the field of psychology, in a range of roles including counselling, coaching, mentoring, researching, tutoring, and training individuals and groups across the life span (ages 16 – 92 years), from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities. Much of my work has been within the higher education system, working at both Macquarie University and the University of Sydney. I’ve also worked in the private health system and in private practice. In addition, I am a Board-approved Supervisor, and I have supervised psychologists across Australia and New Zealand.

My approach is client-focused and practical. I believe that warmth, compassion, respect, and empathy facilitate a relaxed and, at times, fun environment where collaboratively we can explore challenges, and work towards managing them. I combine evidence-based treatments with a focus on your strengths to enable the best possible outcomes, and I’ll do this drawing diagrams, and using analogies and worksheets to ensure that you are able to learn lifelong skills that will empower you now and in the future.
