MProfPsych
General Psychologist
Preferred Pronouns:

A thoughtful, warm psychologist who listens deeply, adapts to your needs, and helps you reconnect with what matters most.

General Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist with experience working across private clinics and neuropsychiatry treatment settings. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I have a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse people and those who have been living with persistent or complex mental health difficulties.

I have worked in neuromodulation settings using transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation with people experiencing depression that has not responded to other treatments. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia. Alongside therapy, I value helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and find steadier ground during difficult periods.

I aim to offer a calm, thoughtful, and supportive space, and I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. My hope is that people feel genuinely listened to, respected, and met with care from the very first session.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts, 2021, University of Melbourne
  • Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology, 2023, Monash University
  • Masters of Professional Psychology, 2024, Monash University

Special Interests:

I commonly support people with anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep difficulties, including insomnia. I also work with trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodiversity including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism, and people who are living with long-standing or complex mental health challenges.
