Psychiatrist Hobart
I’m an active member of my community, and I pride myself on the benevolent and attentive care I provide in my practice as a psychiatrist. I grew up in New Zealand and have trained in various big centres across Australia, completing my specialist training in Hobart, Tasmania, and settling here with my family. I have a part-time teaching role at the University of Tasmania teaching psychiatry to medical students – a long-time passion of mine.
Although General Adult trained, I have various sub-specialist areas of interest, including perinatal mental health and youth mental health; however I’m happy to see anyone I can help. I’m multilingual, enjoy the outdoors and time with my family, and stand for what I believe in. I can provide psychiatric care in English, French, Hindi and Punjabi.
