I adopt a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach with my clients, aimed at creating a non-judgemental and safe therapeutic space. I believe that individuals are the experts of their own experiences and seek to empower my clients from all walks of life to promote their own healing. I draw from evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema-focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to tailor treatment so it meets the unique needs and goals of each client. I am also trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Enhanced (CBTE) to provide specialised support for individuals experiencing some eating disorders and disordered eating patterns.
