I predominantly work with consumers with serious mental illnesses, utilising evidence-based approaches and personalised treatment plans. I believe in working collaboratively with consumers to identify their values and work towards their goals. I am passionate about recovery-oriented practices and frequently work with consumers to identify barriers to their recovery, along with the supports, skills and services required to achieve their recovery goals. I strongly believe that the goal of mental health services is to ultimately support and empower individuals to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives, either with – or despite – the enduring presence of symptoms and related impairments.
