My approach to mental health care centres on utilising a diverse set of therapeutic methods which are tailored to the unique needs of each client. With over 18 years of experience across various settings—community, public health, and private sectors—I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore their mental health concerns. I draw from evidence-based interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy, ensuring flexibility in my approach. This allows me to address complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges effectively. I believe this range of expertise supports clients in achieving their goals by offering personalised care that empowers them to make progress at their own pace, encouraging resilience and promoting lasting change.
