A space where you feel seen, understood and safe to explore your experiences, relationships and the parts of yourself seeking connection.

I believe behaviour often carries a story, even when that story is not immediately clear. Many people come to therapy feeling misunderstood, disconnected from themselves or wondering why they respond to life, relationships and emotions in the ways they do. Often these patterns have developed through experiences that shaped how we learned to protect ourselves, seek connection and navigate the world.

My approach is grounded in trauma informed and attachment-based therapy. I am curious about the experiences, relationships and moments that have influenced how you show up in the world today, how you see yourself and relate to others. Creating space for deeper understanding, compassion and meaningful change. Together, we can explore what feels safe, understand the ways you have learned to connect and navigate life and create space to reconnect with yourself, your strengths and what matters most to you.
