I offer collaborative, personalised support for communication and swallowing difficulties, with a focus on functional outcomes and quality of life.

I adopt a friendly, collaborative approach with my clients, with the aim of creating a space where individuals feel genuinely heard. I work to ensure that therapy is built around unique goals, with consideration for personal circumstances and priorities. I draw on a range of evidence-based frameworks and clinical techniques to support those experiencing communication or swallowing difficulties.

My focus is on equipping clients with practical skills and strategies that translate meaningfully into everyday life, whether that is communicating with greater ease and confidence, or eating and drinking safely and comfortably. With a specific clinical interest in stuttering, I am able to draw from my recent training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support those looking to build confidence in their speech.
