Preferred Pronouns:

I’ll provide a friendly and warm environment for you to learn more about yourself, your story, and what to do next.

Psychologist

As a psychologist, I work to help my clients be able to make themselves feel good, even when their situations might not be. I will help you to understand your problem, where it came from, what keeps it going, and then work out “what are we going to do about it?” My therapy style is warm and friendly, but I will also give a push if needed. I have experience working with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-confidence, PTSD, and more. In particular, I have specialised training in trauma treatment using EMDR, and training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for clients with BPD. I also use CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in my therapy. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and families, and I understand how important it is to be able to trust, communicate (and most importantly laugh) with your psychologist. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball, collecting socks, jamming on my bass guitar, reading a good book, and finding new restaurants.
