Kingston Psychologist

My approach to mental health care is collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on creating a safe space for open expression. I’m passionate about working with individuals across all age groups, recognising that each stage of life presents unique opportunities for growth. I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of children, adolescents, and adults, offering support whether that involves helping children develop coping skills, guiding adolescents through identity or life transitions, or assisting adults with a range of concerns.

I believe everyone has the inherent capacity for growth, and my aim is to empower individuals by creating a space where they feel heard and understood. This helps foster self-awareness and allows for meaningful progress towards their goals.
